Old Will

I was looking through some of my old documents and found a "will" that I wrote some time ago.... kinda interesting so I figured what the heck... put it online for everyone to see :)

Btw... the new will is simple..... everything goes to Nicki cause I know that 1) She won't keep anything that she shouldn't and 2) She knows me best & would do the right thing. Hee hee :)

*OLD WILL*

Let see, important stuff that I think should go around to those I love are as follows.

1) My house (8914 Park Ave) in Allen Park, MI - should be given to my sis, with the stipulation she cannot sell it until she gets her 4-year college degree.
2) Pets – Orion, my ever so faithful “son”. Trust me everyone, this was an impossible decision! After much thinking I decided that Brian Parrish should get Orion. Brian is the best person for the job. He’s the coolest, most jolly guy I know and the only one who will scratch Orion’s butt for hours on end -- Brian knows what I mean J Alphabet fish goes to Robyn since she saved his life more then once.
3) My Cars – the Bravada to Rob, F-150 will go to my sis, the best thing to use for her horse and to get around in the winter. The BMW will go to mom, cause I know she’ll love saying she has a Beamer. If the Camaro is still around then Ted Kennedy gets it… have fun in your cool cop glasses man!
4) The Big Screen TV – my lovely 61’ RCA in the living room will go to Robyn since Ernie already has one (sorry bud).
5) Movies - Ted gets everything that isn’t “R” rated so he can watch them all with his family. The rest go to sis, any that duplicate with hers go to mom.
6) Electronics/Computers – Ernie gets first pick, though I imagine I don’t have anything that he wants. Robyn gets second pick.
7) My Bed – since Valerie was the original one to buy it, she should get it J
8) Asian theme room – all the other stuff items in my living room go to Dad (since I did take a few of his paintings to help make it all happen). I hope he makes good use of it and creates a room just like it in his house. He can give it to sis if she ends up keeping the house and he doesn’t want it.
9) Weapons – Robert gets all the weapons; swords, knives, guns, etc. (with the exception of the Asian stuff in the living room). Have fun!
10) Big Leather Couch – goes to Doug Bourne… he needs a nice couch! Mom gets 2^nd pick.
11) Other TV’s – Ted keeps the one in his room, Doug gets the one in my room.
12) Other stuff – knick knacks are as follows:
a. Movie posters, pictures, or anything beer/party related goes to Brentt Brunner (my party bud).
b. Music CD’s – all go to Brentt…. Duplicates go to Robyn
C. The pictures go to Valerie since she is the artistic one.
d. Futon goes to Paige
e. Tools, etc in garage stay with the house if its kept, otherwise Mom. Rob gets 2^nd pick.
f. Extra beds go back to mom, robyn gets 2^nd pick.
g. Robyn gets to sort through my memory boxes and give pieces out to who she thinks should best get it.
